When I read the IFB post about how to find inspiration for new entries, the idea of posting about your favorite television charactercaught my attention. I thought about it for like 10 minutes, then Ugly Betty just popped in my head.
I recall that the dramedy was such an inspiration for me, it taught me to hold on to my dreams, although all the odds were against it. And besides that, it showed me that combining various styles could be veryinteresting.
So let's celebrate the uniqueness and versatility of betty's wardrobe.
It's my first post about accessories, better late than never. I think it's because I barely use the basic ones, for example in winter I just wear scarves and gloves (sometimes), given that Tangier doesn't have a cold weather in comparison with Europe.
The IFB Project, of this week, encouraged me to write this entry and to challenge myself. I took this chance to talk about four of my favourites winter accessories: Beanies, gloves, fur collars and scarves.
The perfect accessory to highlight your inner grunge, feel free to match different colors and play with an easy boyish style.
Once again we were featured in the 3rd january round up ofLinks a la mode in the IFB community. Take a look at the rest of the selected topics this week.
Happy New Year!!

Twenty Thirteen. Can you believe it’s actually here? I, for one, adore this time of year. The holidays are special for sure, but the new year has its own kind of magic — one filled with positivity, hope, dreams, passion, and the chance to make this year even better than the last. What could be more beautiful than that? As we start a new year of blogging, I always like to take a little time to reflect on what should evolve on my site and what should stay the same. And there’s nothing like seeing how other bloggers approach their sites to give you plenty of inspiration!
LINKS À LA MODE: THE IFB WEEKLY ROUND UP: JANUARY 3RD
HAPPY NEW YEAR 2013, today is the first day of (I'm sure) a wonderful year to come.
One of my resolutions this year is to always express myself no matter what the result will be, and the perfect way to achieve that is by employing the right words, Karen Salmansohn once said that "Your words have great power, use them to support and inspire". I think that fashion is the best way to transmit inspiration.
